Delivery and Shipping Policy

What are my options for getting my order delivered?

We currently offer the following delivery options; 

1) Free same day delivery to the greater Bay Area. We pride ourselves on customer service, all delivers are made in our own trucks 

2) UPS is our contracted delivery carrier. During checkout your order delivery rates will be automatically be calculated by the UPS shipping rate calculator. 

3) Our showroom is open to the public for curbside "contactless" pick-up Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm PST

You can choose your delivery option during checkout. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders made in the greater Bay Area that are available and chosen for Free Delivery will be delivered within 24 hours.  We do not deliver on weekends. 

Orders shipped via UPS will ship within 24 hours and can be expected to arrive within 3 business days. All shipped orders will receive an e-mail notification with a UPS shipment tracking link. 

If you selected “Pick-Up” as an option during checkout you will receive an e-mail notice regarding the status of your orders availability. Our showroom is open Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. Please have your order confirmation ready upon arrival.

What are your store hours?

Our store is open Monday through Friday from 8 – 5 PST. We are located at 6398 Dougherty Rd, #33, Dublin, CA 94568. 

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

No, currently we do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, currently we do not offer free shipping.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, free delivery is currently offered within the greater Bay Area. Free shipping is not offered outside of that zone. You can use the "Free Delivery" zone checker tool at the top of our website to see if your area qualifies for free delivery. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order closely before accepting or signing for delivery. If you observe visible damage to the exterior of the package or signs of liquid spill or seepage you have the right to refuse delivery. If you require delivery refusal due to perceived damage, please take a photo of the damaged delivery and contact with your order number and proof of damage. The UPS driver will handle the refused product delivery and contact us for further instruction. We will assist you with order replacement. 

Who is your shipping / delivery carrier?

We use UPS for all shipments. If you have chosen local delivery, these deliveries are handled by our staff.
