How do I know the site is secure?
Our site is protected by a verified SSL Certificate as well as protected by Shopify Secure. All Shopify website are Level 1 PCI compliant. All credit card transactions are AES 256 bit encrypted (the same encryption level of ATM's). Our website is also continually monitored by McAfee malware security monitoring. Shopify is one of the most secure eCommerce platforms on the internet.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive notification regarding the status of your order via email. If you do not receive this e-mail within 5-10 minutes of placing your order please check your SPAM or Junk folder before contacting our Orders team. If you do not see the notice e-mails in your please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (925) 829-0300.
At each phase of your order you will receive e-mail notifications regarding the status of your order. The first e-mail notice you will receive is the "order confirmation" notice confirming your ordered items and your order has been received. The second notice you will receive is that status update that your order has been processed and is either ready for pick-up, going on out on local delivery or being shipped.
If your order is being shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking code along with this e-mail notice to track the progress of your order.

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. We also accept Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs) or offer payment terms?
• Yes, we accept Purchase Orders (POs), payment terms are Net 30. Customer credit application is required
• Please note certain merchandise in high demand due to COVID-19 may require 50% down and cash on delivery (COD)

Do you offer a price match guarantee?
No, we currently do no offer a price match. However, Saveon Supplies offers the most competitive price in the greater Bay Area with prices at least 20% below competition. If you have a question regarding pricing kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
