We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. You may return merchandise without stocking fee within 30 days of the date received. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in sellable condition.

How do I return damaged merchandise?
If product is damaged or not in the condition you expected, please contact our office to process your return (925) 829 ā 0300 Monday through Friday 8am ā 5pm PST.
How do I receive my refund?
ā¢ If you have an account with us, we will issue a credit to your account
ā¢ If you used a credit card, we will credit the amount paid to the credit card used for payment. Allow 2-3 days to process.
ā¢ If you chose store credit, it will be issued for you to use on your next order
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order closely before accepting or signing for delivery. If you observe visible damage to the exterior of the package or signs of liquid spill or seepage you have the right to refuse delivery. If you require delivery refusal due to perceived damage, please take a photo of the damaged delivery and contact orders@saveon-supplies.com with your order number and proof of damage. The UPS driver will handle the refused product delivery and contact us for further instruction. We will assist you with order replacement.
